Expression of GRB2 in HIV-1 infected U917 cells was detected by western blotting. Samples were run on 12% NuPAGE Bis-Tris Gel. Lane 1, MagicMarkerTM XP Western Protein Standard was loaded at 5 µl per lane (Thermo Fisher Scientific); lane 2, whole cell lysate of HIV-1 infected U937 cells. Rabbit anti-GRB2 (abcam, ab79876) was used at 1µg/ml as primary antibody at 4°C overnight. The blot was incubated with HRP-anti-rabbit IgG H chain conjugate (1:20000) at room temperature for 1 hour. The blot was developed with SuperSignalTM west Femto Maximum Sensitivity Substrate ( Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cat# 34095) and exposed with ImageQuant LAS 4000 (GE Healthcare Life Sciences).
